I think Jack must be looking for a new blog post because as you can tell I've been a real slacker lately. There is no excuse, I've just not finished the posts.
We had a fun Memorial Day weekend at the cabin. Jack and Cori got along great and we all had a very good time.

These two pictures depict how I feel about the lake...I like to think that Jack feels that way too. I don't remember why he was doing that, but I like to think it was because we were all going on a fun walk in the morning with Papa.
One day Pappa, Jack, Cori, Steph, Jess, the dogs, and I all went for a fun walk. Roxie got tired so instead of sitting in Jack's lap in the stroller (as she tends to do) she rode on my shoulders like a little lamb. I learned just how hot her tummy is.
We don't exactly trust Roxie so we (Jess) built her a kennel under the deck. She only dug out of it once.
We also had a lot of fun on the boats with Papa and Grammy.
Papa had plenty of help driving the boat.
Jack also practiced the yellow surfboard...Roxie just tried to eat it.
The water was really nice for Memorial Day weekend so I didn't mind swimming with the kids.
Jack and Roxie also had fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house on our way home from the cabin. It was a really fun weekend and I'm glad I've finally blogged about it. I will be done with the bar exam in a week and then maybe I'll have regained my desire to blog. Wish me luck! See you next week.
