It's nice to say "Foo Foo"

We celebrated Easter in Holdrege this year with Bill's and Steph's families.

We started our Easter fun with the Easter Egg Hunt at mom & dad's church.  Sam and Anna were in one group.
Sam found one egg and was satisfied to sit and play with it.
Jack had fun with my friend Jami's little boy Caden.
He also helped out Sam and gave him a few eggs.
The kids had fun dying eggs and there were no dye-sasters or close calls.

Laura looked like the dancer she is.  She even gave us a preview of one of her routines and performed an audition piece for us too. (She got the part!)

We had a big barbeque dinner Saturday night and were joined by the Osborn's and by the Lyon's.
As usual, the food was delicious.

The boys had fun finding their eggs in the morning.

Jack got a bike for Easter too, so he was busy learning how to ride up and down driveway bumps.
He enjoyed more candy at Grandma and Grandpa's.
Jack had a special egg hunt at the "berry farm".

Sam and I walked down to the farm where he enjoyed a ride on Grandpa's new tractor.
I enjoyed driving the tractor home.

Aunt Melba brought an activity for Jack.

The kids enjoyed one last hunt in Grandma and Grandpa's back yard.

*** note about the title of the post*** Once upon a time, when Laura and Natalie were little and Caitie didn't even exist, I was singing "Little Bunny Foo-Foo" to Laura in the car.  Natalie yelled out (in her cutest Natalie voice) "Aunt Abby, it's not nice to say "Poo Poo"!!
