I have had two night classes this semester. They get out at 6:30 and 7:00 so mom says "night classes?" One evening I had Jess and Jack meet me at the law school with Lightning McQueen so he could ride around the hallways. He thought it was really cool to get to do that.

I made sure that there were no classes in the courtroom wing before I let him go crazy. It was a lot of fun letting him explore somewhere new on his 4-wheeler.

We also let him drive his 4-wheeler on the elevator too. Every kid loves elevators and 4-wheelers, what could be more fun than combining the two, right?

Bill's family came and stayed in Lincoln right around Valentine's day. It was a lot of fun to have the girls play at our house, and to get to play at the hotel and swim. On Sunday afternoon, we took the three littlest ones to the Children's Museum While Laura, Natalie, and Christie shopped.

Jack and Caitie played together lots! It was nice to have an adult for each kid too. I can't imagine how the mom's with multiple kids manage not to lose their children.

Caitie really loved the life size chess set and she played a good game with Bill.

Jack and Anna enjoyed a dinner of powdered sugar doughnut after the Children's Museum.

Jack has also been having fun getting himself ready in the mornings. He's not always a pro at it, one morning he ended up with his underwear on backward. It was too cute that I couldn't help share it.

After this weekend we did not stop having fun, I just stopped taking pictures for a while. In March, Steph and Cori came and spent the night. We went to the Children's Museum and I took my camera, we locked it in a locker, so I have no pictures from our time there...and that is when I "lost" my camera.
Phyllis took pictures when we sent Jack home for a long weekend though. We sent Jack home Thursday night and Jess and I headed to Kansas City on Friday. We had an awesome time playing around the Plaza and going to the WWI museum. Jack had a good time with the grandfolks.

He got to ride his 4-wheeler at Grandpa Rod's office.

He also helped Grandma make noodles.

He also came back from Holdrege with something to say about Kansas City. When we ask him what he thinks of K.C. he says "I don't like it." When you ask him why, he says "no toys there." He insists that there are no toys in Kansas City and therefore he does not like it. This is something I'm sure a Royal's game and a trip to the crayola cafe will be able to fix.
We also had a fun weekend in Red Oak. We went to Red Oak to go to the hospital auxiliary ball with Bill and Chris. They were the hosts of the ball and it was a lot of fun. We also got to see Natalie dance at church on that Sunday. I didn't know where my camera was, so I didn't take any pictures. Jack had a lot of fun with his babysitters that night.
It was in a bag that rode around in Jess' truck for a while. It was not until we were home for Easter in my car that I realized where my camera was. I'll post about Easter and the post-Easter fun we've been having too.
ALSO, stay tuned for pictures of our new addition...
... a puppy, not a baby!
